The independent villa covers an area of 100 square meters, surrounded by a private and fenced garden with direct access to the sea which guarantees tranquility and privacy. A cozy veranda furnished with sofas, table and teak chairs will allow you to spend pleasant summer evenings together, while kitchen lovers can enjoy the barbecue. At the top of the house you will find at your disposal a terrace equipped with beds, sofas and armchairs with soft cushions for your aperitifs after a fantastic day at the beach, all enjoying an extraordinary breathtaking view of the Tavolara Island.


Furnished in a sparkling and fresh style, typical of Sardinia, Villa Smeralda can accommodate up to 8 people; it is equipped with an air conditioning and heating system able to guarantee cool environments even on the hottest days.

In the living area there is the kitchen, complete with all appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and dishes: it will be like cooking in your home, but with the scent of the sea that mixes with that of food.

The living room with double sofa bed has a TV with satellite antenna. The villa also has unlimited wi-fi connection.

The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms complete with spacious closets. Each room is also equipped with a private bathroom with all facilities; the property provides bed linen, bath towels and beach towels. Finally, thanks to the works that have recently been completed, a suite has been added to the second floor, positioned on a magnificent breathtaking terrace.

Prices are per week, with exclusive rent of the villa for 7 days regardless of the number of guests. For top season we mean the period from 14/08 to 21/08. For high season we mean the period from 03/07 to 28/08. For medium season we mean the period from 12/06 to 03/07 and from 28/08 to 11/09. For low season we mean the period from 02/01 to 12/06, from 11/09 to 30/12.
Prices are in Euro.

- Prices are inclusive of final cleaning;
- Payments must be paid in the amount of 50% upon confirmation of the booking and the remaining 50% at check-in (from 4.00 pm);
- A deposit of € 250 is required at check-in as a guarantee, with full refund except in case of indecorous conditions in which the villa is left at check-out: in this case a flat-rate value of 100 € will be deducted.

The tourist rental contract can be unilaterally canceled by the contractor, upon written notice, up to 60 days before the date of arrival provided by the guest, without this having to pay any cancellation charges. Outside of the aforementioned term, the unilateral withdrawal by the contractor is only possible upon payment of the following commissions:
- From 120 to 60 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total budgeted
- From 60 to 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total budgeted
- From 30 days up to 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total budgeted
- Up to 8 days before the arrival date, 80% of the total budgeted
- In the week preceding the date of arrival, 100% of the total budgeted will be charged in the event of early departure or delayed arrival


Before making any reservation, it is recommended to check the global pandemic situation (COVID-19) with reference to the geographical area of origin and that of destination. Highlighting that any travel prohibitions or restrictions imposed by national or health regulations cannot be attributed to the property.
